Justice Emmanuel Ayoola Foundation

Hon Justice  Emmanuel Olayinka  Ayoola, former Judge of the Supreme Court of Nigeria was appointed  Chairman of the  Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (Nigeria) in December  2005, a position he holds till date.

He has served in various judicial capacities in and outside Nigeria and at various times as President  of the  Special Court for Sierra Leone,  President,  Seychelles Court of Appeal and Chief Justice  of the Government of Gambia.

The Justice Emmanuel Ayoola Foundation was established in honour of  this distinguished Jurist to promote scholarship on Nigerian appellate courts. It will  publish a quarterly  journal reviewing decisions of these courts plus commentaries  from  lawyers and jurists.
